Scott and Janet Ogan are long-time and lifetime Alaskans with diverse professional backgrounds including extreme wilderness adventures - Scott as a Natural Resource Manager for the state, and Janet as a fisheries biologist. Scott has 30 years’ experience as a boat captain on Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay waters and actually proposed to Janet on a beach in Western Cook Inlet while Janet was a biologist for US Fish and Wildlife.
Scott and Janet personally designed and built the beachfront timber frame cabin at Seldovia Bay Adventures to give their guests luxury and comfort while experiencing a real taste of the Alaskan wilderness. They love to share their experiences, are great home-style cooks, and warm and engaging hosts. They hold the bar high for comfort and service and you will be in competent hands with them and their staff.
